CheckUpdates

CheckUpdates is a new small utility to detect new versions of your applications. CheckUpdates runs natively on PowerPC and Intel Macs.

CheckUpdates was designed to inform you of any new version of applications, installed or not on your disk. CheckUpdates regularly checks on web sites for new versions of the listed applications. When a new version is detected, the menu blinks and list the application(s) with a new version. Selecting an application in the menu brings you at its web page.

CheckUpdates creates a list of the applications installed in the Applications folder in your disk, and compares the versions of these applications with the latest versions found.
